In Northern Ireland the incentives for CHP are great as for plants under 500kWe they get 4 x ROC (which is twice the amount in England).
The site has no grid supply so the plant is currently supplied by a large CAT diesel genset. Our supply will not only utilize bio gas and generate ROC income for the customer but also reduce the need for the diesel and reduce the operating cost.
Units were delivered to site July2016 and commissioned August the same year. The customer is now looking at the next site for us to provide more products.
Customer is happy with the installation and level of support he has received and is in the process of producing an article for our marketing team. We are also able to use this site as a reference site for similar and future projects.
